Lock marked "Merieux", gilt engraving on barrel, floral and martial relief chiseled furniture finished silver, ramrod tip absent/broken.

Good, with traces of original brown and gilt finishes, much of the original silver finish, a few scattered patches of light pitting, some glue residue near the left pommel tang, and the wood having some minor handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
