Manufactured in 1944. "Eagle/359" proofed and matching visible serial numbers on the frame, barrel, and slide. Fitted with an "eagle/359" proofed blue magazine with unmarked base.

Very fine as arsenal refurbished, retaining much of the finish with frosting on the barrel and slide, plum coloration on the frame. The grips are also very fine with minor handling wear. Mechanically excellent.

Manufactured in 1944. "Eagle/88" proofed, with matching visible serial numbers on the frame, slide, and barrel. Fitted with a "8/61" dated commercial P.38 magazine.

Very fine, retaining original finish with minor edge wear, thinning on the grip strap revealing grey and brown patina, and some minor surface freckling. The grips are also very fine with a few light handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
