Two American Half-Stock Percussion Rifles

A) J. Young Half-Stock Rifle

Manufactured c. mid-19th century. The barrel is marked "J. YOUNG" in an engraved panel. The consignor indicated they had the rifle reworked by Warren Sellke, including fitting a new L&R lock, drum, and nipple.

ConditionGood as reworked with mostly dark brown patina, mild oxidation/pitting, and general mild overall wear. Mechanically fine.
