Manufactured 1887, barrel appears rechambered to .45-70, "45 70" stamped over the original caliber marking.

Good as rechambered, with mostly grey patina, a few scattered patches of light pitting and minor dings, and the refinished wood having some minor handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
