Manufactured for the Luftwaffe during World War II using previously rejected Mauser P.08 Luger components. "41" dated chamber, "Luftwaffe eagle" proofed extension, "Luftwaffe eagle" and "eagle/135" proofed barrel, and "byf" code on the front toggle link. Force matched serial numbers on the frame, barrel, and extension with spurious "Kü" suffix, with force matched "53" partials on small parts including the modern reproduction grips. Includes a nickel finished "122" code and "eagle/37" proofed magazine with base force matched to the pistol. Includes a modern reproduction magazine, takedown tool, and a "dla/41" code, "eagle/WaA195" proofed, and "P.08" marked leather flap holster.

Fine as refinished/assembled, with thinning on the barrel, top and side of the extension, and front of the frame with signs of cold bluing and brown patina, but otherwise minor handling marks overall. The modern replacement grips are excellent with attractive figure and defined checkering. Mechanically excellent. The holster is very good with some minor wrinkling and scuffs.
