The grouping includes three Winchester clocks (one long rectangular sign clock, a round clock and an octagonal clock, all 20th century pattern), two "plaid" metal signs, a cardboard sign advertising a timed payment plan, double-sided window poster promoting a t-shirt giveaway, a Winchester banner, a length of plastic Winchester bunting, and a sealed box labelled "WINCHESTER/T-SHIRT PROMOTION".

Good overall, with minor wear and handling marks. The clocks are mechanically untested.
