Manufactured c. late 1850s-1860s.

ConditionPoor as refinished with mostly dark brown overall, pitting, oxidation, and heavy wear including chips on the grips. Mechanically fine.

C) Colt Model 1849 Pocket Revolver Inscribed "J. Lewis"

Manufactured in 1860. "J. Lewis" in period jeweler style script on the butt. "D.K.G." carved into the grip on the left of the butt. "181991" marked frame, trigger guard, and back strap. "206961" marked barrel. "196734" marked cylinder.

ConditionGood with mixed parts and moderate wear, including oxidation and pitting. The trigger is stiff, but the revolver otherwise functions fine.
