Bore Condition: The bore partially dark with pitting/spotting and distinct rifling.
Description:

Manufactured in 1861, visible numbers match. Included is a letter (copy) that attributes the revolver to the Confederacy during the Civil War: ""The weapon was purchased directly out of the Sharp family of Columbia, TN and was carried in the Civil War by one of their Confederate ancestors." The letter is handwritten by Civil War dealer Larry Hicklen of Murfreesboro, TN.

Rating Definition:

Good overall with brown-gray patina, pitting, grip with chips at toes. Mechanically fine.
