Good, with mostly brown patina, mild pitting, file marks on the barrel breech and bolster, and scattered minor handling marks on the wood and the upper half of the forestock replaced. Mechanically functions.

Faint "1859" date on lock, primer tape hollow filled and "hump" removed, sheet brass repair around wrist.

Fair, with mostly dark patina, scattered mild pitting, and wood with minor chips, cracks, and dings. Mechanically needs adjustment.
