Bore Condition: The bore is dark with pitting/oxidation and faint rifling.
Description:

Enfield pattern lock marked "C.S" at the tail and "ENFIELD RIFLE/TYLER/TEX CAL 57" under the bolster, British proofs on upper left of the barrel, lockplate fits loosely in the mortise.

Rating Definition:

Good, with mostly dark brown patina, some mild pitting/oxidation, and the wood having some minor cracks, scattered nail holes, and minor handling marks. Mechanically functions.
