Manufactured 1871, this is one of only an estimated 100 of an early production variation of the Open Top Pocket revolver which had a rounded or cone shaped firing pin. "41" is marked on the butt, "1" on the bottom of the barrel lug, and "41" is faintly marked in ink inside both grip panels. Provenance: The Bob Berryman Collection; The Charles Marx Collection

Very good, with some of the original finish, some scattered light pitting, attractively aged brass, and some minor handling marks on the grips. Mechanically fine.
