Manufactured 1853, in "Wells Fargo Model" configurations with no provision for a loading lever, all visible numbers match including wedge, back strap is inscribed "Presented to P.H. Nichols by W.J. Gentry & P.G. Engleman" in three lines.

Good, with strong traces of original silver, otherwise grey patina, some scattered light pitting, and a few light handling marks on the well-worn/refinished grip. Mechanically excellent.
