Description:

The HR 4332 was part of the final generation of fully transferable American machine guns, manufactured shortly before the Firearm Owners Protection Act (aka House Resolution 4332) went into effect, making it among the last fully transferable machine guns manufactured in the United States. The receiver is devoid of the barrel ring and bolt block that would normally prevent installation of military configuration components, and the item is fitted with a SMG-profile barrel, a smooth-sided bolt, receiver cover with ratcheting cocking handle, ribbed forearm and grip panels, "A R S" selector group markings, "VECTOR ARMS, NSL, UT" on the left side of the receiver, and an under-folding buttstock. An extra magazine is included. Note: This item is restricted under various state-level assault weapons bans and cannot be sold or transferred to residents of CA, CT, DE, HI, IL, MD, NJ, NY, and WA. Please check your local laws and regulations prior to bidding.

Rating Definition:

Excellent, with original finish, minor handling marks, cycling wear, and spotting overall. The barrel has a mixed number on the exterior, Belgian proofs, and some heavier wear around the muzzle. Some minor scratches are present on the grip panels and stock. Mechanically excellent. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 479.
