Description:

Registered by Desert Ordnance, this M2 conversion unit includes an "A" marked selector switch, an Inland milled trigger housing relief cut to fit the selector spring and transfer bar, "PI" sear plunger, and "HI" type IV hammer. The serial number "1039" and Desert Ordnance address are stamped into the right side of the transfer bar. Note: This item is restricted under various state-level assault weapons bans and cannot be sold or transferred to residents of CA, CT, DE, HI, IL, MD, NJ, NY, and WA. Please check your local laws and regulations prior to bidding.

Rating Definition:

Very fine as professionally refinished, retaining most of the finish with minor cycling wear, light handling marks and some minor spotting on the exterior of the trigger housing, and minor handling marks. Mechanically excellent. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 479.

Receiver manufactured in 1944, from the end of the third production block (serial number range 4,879,526 to 5,549,821) manufactured by Inland Manufacturing Division from January to August 1944, with this range running into Winchester's second production block range. "7-44" dated Inland barrel, "JI" marked type III barrel band, "I.R.CO." type III adjustable peep rear sight, unmarked type V operating rod, "SG" parkerized round-top bolt, and M2 relief cut milled Inland trigger housing with unmarked push button safety, "HI" type V magazine catch, and "HI" type IV hammer. Fitted with an "SA" marked replacement walnut 'pot belly' profile stock, an "IO" marked four-rivet handguard, and a blued "SEY" 30-round magazine. Includes a web sling, metal oiler, and two extra "AYP" 30-round magazines. Note: This item is restricted under various state-level assault weapons bans and cannot be sold or transferred to residents of CA, CT, DE, HI, IL, MD, NJ, NY, and WA.
