A) Russian Capture Marked Mauser "byf/41" Code K98k Rifle

Russian "X" capture mark on the "byf/41" code receiver ring, "eagle/655" proofed, "40D663" marked barrel with importer mark on the underside. Non-matching numbered replacement bolt and barrel bands. Matching visible serial number on the barrel, with mixed numbers on the bands and otherwise un-numbered components. Fitted with a laminate stock set with the butt re-numbered to match. Absent cleaning rod.

ConditionFine as refinished, retaining most of the finish with some minor edge wear, and light handing marks under the finish. The stock is also fine as sanded and re-oiled with scattered light handling marks. Mechanically excellent.

"byf/44" marked receiver ring, "eagle/155" proofed, "44R324" marked barrel. Matching serial numbers on the bolt assembly, magazine floor plate, and both barrel bands. Fitted with an "eagle/swastika/WaA135" proofed laminate stock set.

ConditionFine as arsenal refurbished, with some light edge wear, scattered dried grease/brown patina visible, some minor thinning, light cycling wear, and minor handling marks. The stock is also fine as sanded and re-oiled. Mechanically excellent.
