Bore Condition: Minor spotting, otherwise bright. Good rifling in 22 caliber bore.
Description:

Blade front and folding notch rear sights, with "CALIBERS -22&44" and Marble Safety Axe address on the barrels, "PATENT/ALLOWED" on the frame, hard rubber grips and nickel plated folding stock. With a leather scabbard.

Rating Definition:

Very good, with areas of brown and gray patina, bright edge wear and minor handling marks. The grip are very good, with a few light scratches, and the stock shows minor flaking and wear. Mechanically excellent. The scabbard is good, with light cracks and scuffs. NOTE: This weapon is registered as a National Firearms Act (NFA), AOW (Any Other Weapon). Although NOT a fully automatic weapon it is still controlled as a NFA weapon that is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 479. It is also classified as a "Curios or Relic" as defined in 27 CFR, 478.11. These weapons are also subject to the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 479.
