Two Antique American Revolvers

A) Starr Model 1858 Army Percussion Double Action Revolver

Manufactured circa late 1850s to the early 1860s. Faint cartouche on both sides of grip.

ConditionFair overall with gray patina, pitting throughout, and a number of moderate dings on the grip. Trigger needs to be manually set after action is cycled.

B) Rare Plant's Manufacturing Co. Second Model Iron Frame Front Loading Army Revolver

Only approximately 350 manufactured in this configuration c. mid 1860s. "M&B/N.Y." marked on left of frame.

ConditionGood overall with a smooth dark patina, pitting/spotting, grips with repaired re-glued cracked right panel and a few small chips. Mechanically needs work, action does not function.
