A) U.S. Harpers Ferry Model 1795 Musket with 7th Regiment Stock Marking

"HARPERS/FERRY/1813" marked vertically at the tail of the lock with the Federal eagle at the center, sunken oval proofs at the upper left breech of the barrel, and a circled marking "CVC/7th Rt" on the bottom of the stock, for an unidentified 7th Regiment.

ConditionGood as refinished, with brown patina, scattered pitting and wear. Stock is also good as sanded and re-oiled, with scattered dents, scratches and cracks. Sticks in half cock upon pulling the trigger, mechanically needs work.
