Manufactured 1871, the first year of production, flourishes of factory floral scroll engraving on the sides of the frame/sideplate and the top of the back strap. Very good, with faint traces of original finish, a few scattered patches of light pitting, attractively aged brass, crisp engraving, and some scattered light handling marks on the grips. Mechanically fine.
