Bore Condition: The bore is mostly bright with strong rifling and minor pitting.
Description:

Manufactured in 1940, as one of just 2,400 High-Power pistols reportedly sent to Finland from February to March 1940 during the Winter War. "Lion/PV" and "star/N" proofed, with Finnish Army boxed "SA" stamp on the left of the trigger guard, along with "N6" and "P8" Finnish inspector markings on the right of the trigger guard. Matching visible serial numbers on the right side of the frame and slide and on the left of the barrel. Fitted with a pair of checkered walnut grips painted red on the interiors and a parkerized magazine with boxed "SA" stamped on the blued floor plate. Note: This item features a high-capacity magazine which has a capacity above 10 rounds and cannot be sold or transferred to residents in states where handgun magazine capacity is limited to no more than 10 rounds. Please check your local laws and regulations prior to bidding.

Rating Definition:

Very good, retaining some of the original blue finish with scattered edge wear, thinning on the grip straps, minor pitting, scattered minor patches of spotting/freckling, and mild handling marks. The grips are fine with compression wear to the checkering. Mechanically excellent.
