Bore Condition: The bore is partially dark with pitting and visible rifling.
Description:

Manufactured in 1861, faint cartouche on left side of grip, visible numbers match. With shoulder stock numbered "22582," leather belt with U.S. buckle and illegible U.S. arsenal marking, cap box, and period commercial leather flap holster.

Rating Definition:

Fair overall with a mottled brown-gray patina, pitting, grip with some chipping and handling marks. Mechanically fine. Holster rig is fair. Stock has re-varnished wood and artificial patina on brass.
