Description:

Manufactured c. mid 19th century. The notes attached to the rifle indicate the underside of the barrel has a J. & D. Little marking and identifies the lock marking as "N.H. & C.H. RAYMOND".

Rating Definition:

Good as refinished with mix of applied finish and gray and brown patina on the barrel and lock, moderate to heavy pitting at the breech and lock, aged patina on the mounts, cracked forend cap, some cracks and flash wear o the stock, and general mild overall wear. Mechanically needs work.
