Bore Condition: The bore is partially darkened with strong rifling and minor pitting near the chamber.
Description:

Manufactured in 1942. "1942" dated and "crown/Gothic K" proofed slide, "P/H" marked on the chamber hood of the replacement barrel with "J" on the recoil lug. Matching serial numbers on the frame and slide, along with matching "514" partials on the trigger, slide catch, thumb safety, grip safety, and main spring housing. Fitted with a pair of 'double-diamond' pattern checkered hardwood grips and a blued magazine with pinned lanyard-loop base. Includes three extra blued magazines with pinned lanyard-loop bases and a brown leather belt rig with leather flap holster, three cell magazine pouch, and shoulder strap.

Rating Definition:

Very fine, retaining much of the original finish with some light edge wear, silvering/grey patina on the front strap and grip safety, some minor patches of brown patina/spotting, and some light handling marks. The grips are fine with some light dents in the otherwise defined checkering. Mechanically excellent. The belt holster rig is very fine with supple leather.
