Ketland & Co. Brass Barrel Flintlock Blunderbuss with Underslung "Snap Bayonet"

Manufactured c. 1813-1820s. The bore is proofed at 16 bore (.66 caliber) and flares to about 1 1/4" at the muzzle.

ConditionGood with distinct engraving and markings, aged patina on the brass, dark brown patina and some oxidation/pitting on the iron, and mild overall wear. The bayonet catch needs work, but the lock and trigger function fine.
