U.S. Ithaca/Colt Model 1911A1 Semi-Automatic Pistol with Holster

1943 production frame with boxed "W.B." (Col. Waldemar S. Broberg) inspector mark on the left, replacement World War II production Ithaca Gun Co. Inc. slide, and blued "HS" (High Standard) barrel. Fitted with replacement brown plastic grips and a blued magazine marked "R" on the toe. Includes a "U.S." embossed and "BOYT/44" marked World War II era leather holster.

ConditionFine as assembled, with much of the original finish on the frame, arsenal refurbished replacement slide, minor edge wear, some thinning the front grip strap revealing some minor freckling, some smooth brown patina, and scattered minor handling marks. The grips are very fine with crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. The holster is exceptionally fine.
