Manufactured in 1935, this pistol falls near the end of the estimated serial number range of 885,000 to 899,500 of "PDM" marked Walther PPK pistols, which are associated with the Munich Police, particularly during Heinrich Himmler's tenure as provisional president. "PDM/261" marked on the left of the frame, "crown/N" proofs on the slide, chamber hood and muzzle. Fitted with a black/brown Walther "banner" wrap around grip and blued Walther "banner" magazine.

Very fine, retaining much of the original finish with some light edge wear, thinning on the alloy frame, some minor spotting/pitting on the safety lever, light cycling wear, and minor handling marks. The grip is also very fine with cracking behind the magazine release. The magazine release binds with the grip, does not allow removal of the magazine, otherwise mechanically excellent.
