Undated "WP" proofed "W" marked Winchester barrel, "SA" type III barrel band, "N" front sight, "PI" adjustable rear sight, "U" round top bolt, "W" trigger housing, "H" hammer, flip safety, "SI" magazine catch, "W" operating rod, separate operating rod spring housing, unmarked four-rivet handguard, low wood walnut stock marked "IR" in the sling inlet. Magazine absent.

Good as refinished, with some finish, scattered minor pitting visible underneath the finish, brown patina and scattered freckling. Stock is also good as sanded and re-oiled, with numerous scattered dents and scratches, and a small crack visible at the top left rear of the handguard. Mechanically excellent.
