A) Excellent British ROF Fazakerley "UF 55" No.4 Mk 2 Lee-Enfield Rifle

Manufactured in 1955. Importer mark on the right of the barrel. Matching serial numbers on the bolt, magazine, and forend. Includes a khaki web sling.

Rating Definition:

Excellent, retaining original black finish with some dried grease and minor handling marks. The furniture is exceptionally fine with some minor dents and scrapes. Mechanically excellent.

Description:

Receiver manufactured c. 1931, "SA/flaming bomb/11-29" marked barrel, replacement "CC" bolt, "B B" marked (Greek) magazine floor plate. Fitted with a "S" marked 'C' profile walnut stock set.

Rating Definition:

Good as arsenal refurbished, with edge wear, silvering, some scattered brown patina showing, minor spotting, dried grease, and scattered mild handling wear. The stock is also good as sanded and re-oiled with a splice repair at the toe and numerous scattered handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
