Description:

Receiver manufactured as part of the second production block from Underwood Elliot-Fisher between July 1943 to March 1944 in the 2352520-2912519 serial number range. Faintly visible Underwood marking on the barrel, "U" marked front sight, "S" L-flip rear sight, unmarked type I barrel band, unmarked operating rod, "D" and "M" marked round top bolt, "S" and "10-A" marked milled trigger housing with "SW" magazine release, flip safety, "LT-Q" hammer, unmarked modern replacement handguard, high wood walnut stock marked "HI" in the sling inlet with a partly legible crossed cannons cartouche stamp on the right, and "LU" magazine. Includes a green canvas web sling and oiler. Note: This item features a high-capacity magazine which has a capacity above 15 rounds and cannot be sold or transferred to residents in states where handgun magazine capacity is limited to no more than 15 rounds. Please check your local laws and regulations prior to bidding.

Rating Definition:

Good as refinished, with some finish, some worn markings, brown patina and scattered light pitting visible underneath the finish. Stock is also good as sanded and varnished, with a replacement handguard, and scattered light dents and scratches. Mechanically excellent.

"10-43" dated Underwood barrel, unmarked type I barrel band, "U" front sight, "U" round top bolt, flip safety, "WA" magazine catch, Inland milled trigger housing, "DA-Q" operating rod, separately housed operating rod spring, "HI" two-rivet handguard, low wood "I-cut" walnut stock with "RMC" in the sling inlet and "AAN" rebuild markings on the left of the wrist, and "R-C" magazine. Absent rear sight. Includes a green canvas web sling and oiler. Note: This item features a high-capacity magazine which has a capacity above 15 rounds and cannot be sold or transferred to residents in states where handgun magazine capacity is limited to no more than 15 rounds.
