A) U.S. Eddystone Model 1917 Rifle

Description:

Manufactured in 1918. "E/(flaming bomb)/11-18" marked barrel, "R" marked replacement Remington bolt assembly, "E" safety, "eagle head/324" stamp on bottom of the stock behind the trigger guard. Includes an M1907 brown leather sling.

Rating Definition:

Very good as arsenal refurbished, with some of the finish, some scattered light freckling and cycling wear. Stock is also very good as sanded and re-oiled, with some scattered light dents and scratches. Mechanically excellent.

Description:

Manufactured in 1919. "SA/(flaming bomb)/9-19" marked barrel, "R" marked replacement bolt assembly, unmarked replacement cutoff switch, boxed "SA/SPG" and "SA/GHS" cartouches stamped on the left wrist of the "C" type replacement stock. Includes an M1907 brown leather sling.

Rating Definition:

Fine as arsenal refurbished, with much of the finish, a few patches of light freckling and light cycling wear. Stock is very good as sanded and re-oiled, with a few hairline cracks visible on both sides behind the trigger guard, and some scattered light dents and scratches. Mechanically excellent.
