Description:

Receiver manufactured as part of the second production block from Rock-Ola between November 1943 to March 1944 in the 4532100-4632099 serial number range. Undated Rock-Ola barrel, unmarked front sight, “S” L-flip rear sight, “S” trigger housing, “NH” hammer, “SW” magazine catch, “PI” operating rod, unmarked round bolt, “RMC” two-rivet handguard, and low wood "I-cut" stock with “AAF” rebuild stamp on the left wrist, “RMC” in the sling inlet and faintly visible boxed cartouche on the right of the buttstock. Includes a green canvas web sling and oiler. Magazine absent.

Rating Definition:

Fine with some of the original finish, areas turned to smooth brown patina on the balance with scattered light freckling. Stock is very good as sanded and re-oiled, with some light handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
