Bore Condition: Worn and dull in both bores.
Description:

Blade front and folding notch rear sights, with a M.S.A. marked peep sight on the "PATENT/ALLOWED" marked frame, "CALIBERS -22&44" and Marble Safety Axe address on the barrels, hard rubber grips and nickel plated folding stock. With a leather scabbard.

Rating Definition:

Very good, with spotting concentrated on the shotgun barrel near the muzzle, edge wear, a few areas of brown/gray patina and mild handling marks. The hinge pin screw shows some chipping/damage. Grips are very good with minor scratches, and the stock is fair, with the ratchet mechanism loose and in need of adjustment. Mechanically excellent. Scabbard is rough, with tears and lost material. NOTE: This weapon is registered as a National Firearms Act (NFA), AOW (Any Other Weapon). Although NOT a fully automatic weapon it is still controlled as a NFA weapon that is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 479. It is also classified as a "Curios or Relic" as defined in 27 CFR, 478.11. These weapons are also subject to the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 479.
