Manufactured in 1948 and subsequently upgraded with scrolling vine designs surrounding rabbits and quail on the left and pheasants on the right as well as a game scene carved into the stock. The chamber is marked 2 3/4", choke marked modified, and 14" LOP.

Very fine as professionally upgraded, with light handling evidence, some spotting mostly on the barrel, white fill on the triggerguard, and sharp checkering on the stock. Mechanically excellent.
