Manufactured by Rick Steinhour of Extreme Rifle Works and built on a Remington XP-100 pistol action with a super heavyweight stainless steel barrel inscribed "Doctor" and "Custom Built by Rick Steinhour" on top in fancy script. Standard receiver markings with a Burris scope base and Simmons 6-24x44 scope. Flat bottom, bench rest style thumb hole stock with a solid Decelerator recoil pad. Some light scuffs on the barrel and a trace of light spotting and handling marks on the bolt handle. The stock is very good with some visible wear along the top of the comb and in the grip area and some scattered small scratches.
