Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Plaque by James E. Fraser

1920 memorial commemorative plaque for President Theodore Roosevelt that was done by JAMES EARL FRASER & issued by Decorative Arts League. The plaque looks to be made of bronze, measures 9 1/2" x 12 1/4", and looks to close to uncirculated. The weight is approximately 12 lbs. The plaque shows a profile bust of the president with his Pince-nez glasses. In the upper right corner it reads "FRASER/1920" with a copyright symbol between the 9 & 2. At the bottom it reads "AGGRESSIVE FIGHTING FOR /THE RIGHT IS THE NOBLEST/SPORT THE WORLD AFFORDS." This quote is from a speech given by Roosevelt when he was New York City Police Commissioner before he was our 26th President.
