Manufactured in 1895. The included factory letter states that the Rifle was shipped from the warehouse on July 19, 1898 and was returned on August 11, 1898 for repairs. Features a Marble rear tang mounted aperture peep sight and a folding shrouded front sight. Original rear sight is loose in its dovetail.
