NB - EXCELLENT- near new condition 95% - 98%, used but little, no noticeable marring of wood or metal, bluing near perfect (some wear at muzzle or sharp edges can be expected).

The receiver is floral engraved by Bottega C. Giovanelli with two bears in a mountain scene and two banners that read "MODEL 1895" and "100th ANNIVERSARY" on the left side and the Marlin Man and a banner that reads "MARLIN FIREARMS CO 125th ANNIVERSARY" on the right side. The top of the receiver is drilled and tapped for a scope mount and is marked "MARLIN SAFETY" amid light floral engraving.
