The grouping consists of a large number of glass slides mostly pertaining to Abraham Lincolns life, assassination, and death. The slides generally appear to be for educational purposes and other slides feature political themes, General Robert E. Lee, and John Wilkes Booth. Some of the slides retain makers labels or labels listing the content of the image. Also included is a leatherette wrapped slide storage case. The slides are generally good or better with most having distinct images, a few broken, and generally mild to moderate wear. The case is fair with moderate wear and staining.
