U.S. Springfield Model 1880 hunting knife numbered "1291" on the brass guard. "WATERVLIET/ARSENAL" marked on the brass hanger.

Fine overall with a mostly bright grey patina, scattered spotting and sharpening/cleaning marks at the edge. The grip is very good with some handling marks and dings. The sheath is very good overall with some designs carved in the leather and some cracking on either side.
