Manufactured in 1954. Fitted with ramped, hooded, beaded blade front and folding notch rear sights. The left side of the barrel is marked with the Winchester address, model, and caliber. "WP" proofs are marked on the barrel and receiver. The receiver is marked with the Winchester Trademark on the left and serial number on the right receiver ring. Mounted in a multipoint checkered straight grain walnut pistol grip stock with contrasting forend cap, sling loops, blued steel grip cap, Monte Carlo cheekpiece, and checkered blued steel buttplate.
