Manufactured in 1935. Fitted with beaded blade front and elevation adjustable rear sights. The barrel is marked with the first style model and caliber markings. The chamber and top of the receiver are marked with Winchester "WP" proofs. Mounted in a straight grain walnut 10 groove forearm and straight grip stock. Includes the matching number Winchester box with affixed with Montgomery Ward shipping label.

Excellent overall, retaining 98% original blue finish with slide retraction wear and limited handling marks. Mechanically excellent. Box is very good with torn corners and tape repairs.
