Fine, retains 60% original blue finish with smooth gray and brown patina on the balance, and draw filing marks visible around on the front sight. Stock is very good with some scattered light scratches and dents, a re-glued cracked section visible on top of the wrist behind the receiver, and defined edges. Mechanically excellent. Bayonet is good, scabbard is fine.
