The original Cyrillic prefix serial number (transliterated as "ZhL2433") is on the left of the receiver with force matched with an electro-stenciled serial number on the bolt, charging handle/bolt carrier, trigger guard, and stamped on the left side of the stock. The right of the stock has the Tula arsenal star factory mark over the date "1944" and an "A" indicating the stock is a later arsenal replacement AVT stock. Assorted Soviet inspection marks on the various components. The replacement magazine is numbered "3803" along with an electro-stenciled "8501". First type six slot muzzle brake, standard military hooded front sight and tangent rear sight graduated 1-15 (100-1,500 meters). Importer fitted with a PU scope marked on the tube with the star above hammer and sickle logo above "1940" date, "No 01719" and "19(boxed X)59r" arsenal #2 rebuild marking, reproduction leather scope lens covers and unmarked reproduction scope mount. Import marked on the right of the receiver. Includes a modern plastic hardcase.

Fine, retains 95% importer/arsenal refinished blue finish with some scattered areas of light pitting visible underneath the finish. Refinished stock is very good with some light handling marks and wear. Mechanically excellent. Scope is also fine, retains 99% arsenal refinished blue finish.
