Manufactured in 1941. Fitted with ramped, hooded, beaded blade front and elevation adjustable rear sights. The left side of the non-factory custom made .35 Remington chambered barrel is marked with the model and caliber with the Winchester address on the right. "WP" proofs are marked on the barrel and receiver. The receiver is marked with the Winchester trademark on the left and serial number on the right receiver ring. Mounted in a multipoint checkered straight grain walnut pistol grip stock with contrasting forend cap, sling loops, hard rubber grip cap, cheekpiece, and blued steel buttplate.

Very fine as professionally upgraded to current configuration and refinished, retaining 99% plus blue finish with limited handling marks and some minor pitting under the finish on the receiver. Wood is very fine as custom made with a couple minor dings and scratches and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
