Manufactured during the Weimar Republic era, these Model 1923 Luger pistols were mostly made for export to the United States for commercial sale. The top of the chamber area is blank with the DWM logo on the front toggle. Export stamped "GERMANY" on the right of the frame. "Crown/N" commercial proof marks on the barrel extension and underside of the barrel. Matching serial numbers visible on various components, with unnumbered standard checkered walnut grips and nickel plated magazine with an unmarked walnut base.

Rating Definition:

Excellent plus, retains 98% original blue finish with a few light handling marks, and nearly all of the straw finish on the small components. The grips are also excellent with crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
