The coin finished hand detachable sidelock action displays floral scroll engraving, oak leaf carved fences, and deep relief game scenes showing a hound and boars on the left, a capercallie on the underside, and a stag and hinds on the right. The gun features double triggers (front is single set), cocking indicators, and a tang mounted manual safety. Beautifully figured, multi-point checkered three-piece forend with engraved fittings and a pistol grip stock with raised cheekpiece, black grip cap, carved band near butt, and Decelerator recoil pad. Excellent overall, retaining 99% original blue and coin finishes with minor handling evidence, a few minor pressure marks in the wood, and sharp checkering on the stock and forend. Scope optics clear. Mechanically excellent.
