Each gun was built with blued steel chopperlump barrels featuring a single brass bead sight on the smooth concave solid rib which is marked with a gold "1" or "2" surrounded by a flourish of scrollwork, standard factory markings, single band of engraving at the breech, 2001 dated Spanish proofs, chokes mark improved cylinder/improved cylinder, and 2 3/4 inch chambers with automatic ejectors. The barrels of both guns are fitted to attractive coin finished self-opening sidelock actions which display near full coverage scroll engraving with "ARRIETA Y CIA" banner signatures on either lockplate and "FABBRICA DE/ARRIETA Y CIA/ELGOIBAR" on the underside before continuing onto the triggerguard, both tangs, and the toplever which shows a gold "1" or "2". The guns feature bushed firing pins, gold centerline cocking indicators, double triggers (front is articulated), and an automatic tang safety with gold inlaid "SAFE". Each gun is mounted with a gorgeous highly figured and multi-point checkered splinter forend with coined and engraved fittings with a gold "1" or "2" on the Anson button release and a straight grip stock with teardrop carved drop points, "WFB" in the gold inscription oval, and a checkered bare butt.
