Manufactured in 1909. The revolver features blade front and adjustable rear sights and is fitted with a set of S&W medallion checkered walnut grips. The grip frame under the left grip is marked with a factory rework diamond and a return date of September 1952 (9.52) The early four digit serial number is marked on the barrel, cylinder, and butt.
