Designed by Lin "Trapper" Alexiou of Fraser, MI, the Personal Protection Systems Scorpion took a Smith & Wesson Model 39 and performed a radical "remanufacturing". It is very much in the same vein as the popular Devel full house conversion. The pistol is reduced in multiple dimensions and features a reshaped trigger guard, matte finish with blued small parts, one-piece guttersnipe sight, and polymer grips with medallion numbered "005" inlaid into right panel. The left side of the slide bears the Personal Protection Systems Ltd. with the conversion number on the right side and "Scorpion". The left side of the frame is marked "Trapper Gun". Includes a fitted hardwood case numbered to match gun, 22 flat nose 9 mm cartridges, and two extra magazines.

Excellent as professionally upgraded by Lin Alexiou, with some handling marks, and two hairline cracks on the left side of the sight. Mechanically excellent. Case is very fine.
