The bolstered coin boxlock action displays bouquet and scroll engraving making magnificent use of negative space, "ASE L" on a ribbon on the underside. The triggerguard has an initial oval inlaid with "S/F" flanked by floral scroll. The top of the action has been stipple matted with "2041300" gold inlaid. Fitted with an adjustable gold washed trigger, and tang mounted manual selective safety. The underside of the action to the right of the trigger plate is signed "Bottega C. Giovanelli". Mounted in a nicely contrasted multipoint checkered walnut forend with engraved fittings, and Deeley latch release and pistol grip stock with Kick-Eez recoil pad.
